There is no sound in space

any sound is the product of small vibrations happening in air pressure. A sound we hear is the set of alterations to the structures of our ears resulting from changes in atmospheric pressure. Sound waves are vibrations transmitted into matter such as air or water. Space is essentially empty, Therefore, it can not transmit sound which means that no sound exists in space. Of course we can hear in space shuttles because these contain conditioned air.
