A tenth of a second is enough to make a definite opinion about someone just by looking at the face!

Alex Todorov, a psychologist and assistant psychology professor at the Princeton University (New Jersey, USA), conducted a study that consisted of showing 66 different faces to 200 people just for one second.

The study which was published in the Psychological Science journal, found that a tenth of a second is enough for our brains to build the first impressions about a person just by looking at the face and associating personality traits such as attractiveness, reliability, malice or intelligence to it.
